Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern lunwoo.com and its personal-growth application, provided by AgentEasePro. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. These terms do not change AgentEasePro's separate real estate service terms.
The service and your account
Lunwoo offers personal plans, short editorial practices, private notes, check-ins, weekly reflection, optional symbolic astrology, and voluntary shared practice. Features may change by plan or release stage. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and tell support about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize.
Memberships, renewal, and cancellation
Free includes a personal plan, starter practices, private notes, and weekly reflection. Individual is $7.99 USD per month. Together is $12.99 USD per month total for two independently linked adults; one person pays and their partner is not billed separately. The price and interval shown at checkout apply. A free account creates no charge unless you affirmatively start a paid membership.
Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You authorize Stripe through the Agent Ease Pro merchant account to charge the payment method on file at renewal. Cancel renewal in Account or billing management before the next renewal to avoid that charge. Access continues through the paid period. Pending or failed payment does not grant paid access; manage the existing payment method rather than starting a duplicate membership.
Unless required by law or stated in a written offer, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not credited. Contact support about incorrect charges, access problems, or refund requests. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments. Deleting the payer's account cancels the subscription and ends shared coverage. Free tools, export, and deletion remain available when paid access ends. Active members receive reasonable advance notice before a price change applies to renewal.
Your content and our materials
You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us and our providers the limited right to host, transmit, display, and process it to provide, secure, support, and administer the service and honor your instructions. Submit only content you have the right to use. Our editorial exercises, software, design, and branding remain protected. Membership does not transfer ownership of them; use the provided public sharing tools as intended.
Independent adults and sharing
Together requires separate accounts and mutual acceptance. Each person controls sharing and can withdraw, leave, block, or choose solo-only use. Do not pressure someone into using a practice, sharing, or remaining in an unsafe interaction. Private journals and personal goals are not partner content. Account and relationship changes can end shared access.
Product limits
Lunwoo is a reflection and practice tool, not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis care, treatment, or a validated personality or compatibility assessment. Editorial practices have not received independent clinical or professional review. Astrology is optional symbolic reflection, not a scientific prediction or promise of results. Uncertain birth times do not produce a claimed precise Rising. Use your own judgment and appropriate professional or emergency services when needed.
We do not guarantee personal, relationship, health, financial, or other outcomes. Check-ins and helpfulness answers describe what you record and do not establish effectiveness.
Acceptable use and access
Do not evade access controls, interfere with systems, scrape private records, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use Lunwoo to harass or monitor someone. We may restrict access for abuse, security, legal obligations, or payment issues. Account tools or support remain available for billing management, export, and account deletion.
Deletion and providers
Export records before deleting them. Deletion removes active records and sharing; backups and limited payment, security, or legal records follow the privacy policy and provider obligations. Netlify, Stripe, Gmail, and a calendar provider you choose operate under their own terms. Providers can affect delivery, uptime, and availability.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits or data where those exclusions are permitted. Total liability relating to Lunwoo will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid for Lunwoo in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply where prohibited and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Disputes, updates, and contact
Before a formal claim, contact bephomes@gmail.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution where permitted. Following AgentEasePro's published terms, Utah law applies without its conflict-of-law rules, and state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah are the agreed venue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms, post a revised effective date, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest continue. Contact support for billing, privacy, or account help.
