What this policy covers
This policy explains information handling for lunwoo.com, accounts, personal-growth practices, memberships, shared practice, and support. It describes Lunwoo, rather than AgentEasePro's separate real estate product. We use information to provide, secure, administer, and support the service and honor your choices.
Information you provide
Account information includes email, a preferred name, credentials handled by Netlify Identity, and confirmation that you are at least 18. Application records include preferences, timezone, personal goals and actions, editable self-descriptions, check-ins, practice history, weekly reflections, and private journal entries.
Optional personal-sky information includes birth date, optional birth time and its accuracy, birthplace, timezone, coordinates, and consent time. It supports locally calculated Sun, Moon, and Rising information and symbolic reflection. You can use Lunwoo without it and remove it separately in Your sky or Account.
Privacy and voluntary sharing
Journals, birth details, personal goals, self-descriptions, daily goal check-ins, and weekly reflections are not shared with your partner. Together sharing is separate: both adults accept an invitation and choose what to share. Withdraw sharing, leave, block, or choose solo-only use at any time. Already downloaded or copied information cannot be recalled.
Account access controls protect records. This is not end-to-end encryption: authorized infrastructure operators may technically access records when necessary to operate or support the service. The founder control center shows account, payment, and activity metadata rather than private writing or birth details.
Providers and payments
Netlify supplies hosting, Identity accounts and authentication emails, Postgres application storage, Forms support submissions, and Blobs aggregate usage storage. Stripe handles account email, subscriptions, and payment details you provide. Payments use the existing Agent Ease Pro merchant account, whose name can appear in billing management, receipts, and authorization text. We do not store card numbers.
Support messages go through Netlify Forms to the operator's Gmail inbox at bephomes@gmail.com. The submitted name, email, topic, and message are used to respond. Support messages are separate from your journal. Leave out passwords, card numbers, and private journal entries.
We do not send private writing or birth data to an AI service or external birth-chart provider. We do not sell personal information or use private journals or birth details for targeted advertising. Providers also handle ordinary security, delivery, and operational metadata under their own policies.
Activity and optional usage counts
Limited application events record an account identifier, event name, and time for actions such as saving a plan, check-in, practice, reflection, or subscription change. They support service operation and activity reporting, without personal writing, goal text, birth data, or private partner responses.
Optional public usage counts are off until chosen and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Daily aggregate totals contain a fixed campaign label and broad event counts, without an email, visitor identifier, IP address, or private writing in those totals. Infrastructure still processes normal request metadata. Counts can include repeat visits and founder traffic; they are not unique people or proof of outcomes.
The browser remembers the choice, a campaign label for up to 30 days, session event deduplication, and a starting direction for up to 24 hours. Recognized starting choices may enter signup metadata to continue after email confirmation. Optional campaign labels may be saved with your account and removed in Account. Turning counts off stops future optional counts; existing anonymous totals cannot be separated into individual records.
Communications and sharing
Email supports confirmation, recovery, billing, and replies to support requests. Marketing consent is separate. Existing optional launch-contact requests can be withdrawn in Account and never create a purchase or general newsletter signup. Creating an account does not enable an automated marketing sequence.
Calendar reminders are downloaded files you choose to import into your calendar. They contain a generic title rather than your goal or journal. Public practice cards contain editorial exercise text rather than your personal responses.
Retention, export, and deletion
Active account records are retained while you use the service. Export or delete them in Account. Journal entries and optional birth details can be removed separately. Account deletion removes active application records, cancels an owned subscription, ends partnerships, and removes associated shared rows. A partner's own personal history remains theirs.
Limited billing, security, operator audit, dispute, and legal records may remain where necessary to administer payments, protect the service, or meet obligations. A one-way blocked-email hash may remain in another person's account to prevent unwanted renewed invitations. Support messages are retained for the request and follow-up; contact us about removal. Aggregate reports use bounded reporting windows; operational cleanup removes older totals. A reporting window does not guarantee immediate deletion from every provider.
Provider backups and operational records are not instantly erased with active data. Copies already downloaded remain outside our control. Ask support about a particular record or current provider retention.
Your choices and requests
Account contains preferences, payment management, campaign removal, export, and deletion. Sharing controls let you withdraw permission. For access, correction, deletion, complaints, or other rights available where you live, contact bephomes@gmail.com. We may verify account ownership before acting; we do not ask for passwords or full card numbers.
Lunwoo is for adults 18 and over and is not designed for children. Tell us if a child has supplied information. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Necessary information may be disclosed when legally required or to address security, safety, fraud, or a business transfer, consistent with applicable protections.
